Logsdon Landing is a gated community on an 18 acre peninsula surrounded by Nolin Lake. Boat docks are not permitted in this peaceful and pristine area but you can tie your boat to shore and step right off easily. All 14 lots are pristine Nolin Lake waterfront.
Logsdon Landing offers the most incredible firm sandy mix lake bottom. Walk right out into the water with no mud between your toes, so perfect for hiking the shoreline in the winter.
A Bald Eagle was spotted here the week before Christmas and an Osprey was here last summer. The water is wide and the crappie fishing is amazing. You can swim and float way out in the middle of the lake all day long ~ you may see a boat and you may not.
